Poornima’s Creation was the first store that I wanted to visit when I was looking for my Bridal Lehenga. When coming to the store for the first time, I loved the aesthetic and all the outfits we saw. Poornima was very professional, caring, and really took her time asking all the questions she needed to make sure that I had my dream lehenga. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. They were unprofessional from start to finish, ruined multiple wedding outfits of ours, and did not provide me my wedding lengha until there was only one week left before my wedding, leaving no realistic time to make changes on the second outfit which was still made incorrectly. They repeatedly claimed they would contact the designer to resolve the issues, however, would not give me updates, I would have to repeatedly call or text them. The mistakes alone are bad enough, but the rude and dismissive behavior of the staff makes it unacceptable. They refuse to take responsibility and instead make excuses while acting like the customer is at fault. Extremely frustrating experience

I went wedding dress shopping here in November. It was the first place I had been to in this journey and I left feeling very discouraged. When I got there the women who I was paired with wasn’t friendly and immediately made me feel like my budget wasn’t good enough and that “I wouldn’t have many options”. The worst experience I've ever had. They assigned 1 person to me. Her name was Svetlana Very talkative, I was in the room changing, and she never came to me. She was having a conversation and chatting at the front desk with her manager, The room was open 3-4 times Curtain was pulled 3-4 times on me while I was almost with nothing on in the room.
