Worst experience with Poornima. Takes on more than she can handle and gives you crumbs. Rushes you during events saying “she has other events to attend to”. Doesn’t communicate with you. For example, she didn’t attend one of our wedding events. When we got to the banquet hall the decor was a completely different colour than what we asked her. Poornima’s Creation was the first store that I wanted to visit when I was looking for my Bridal Lehenga. When coming to the store for the first time, I loved the aesthetic and all the outfits we saw. Poornima was very professional, caring, and really took her time asking all the questions she needed to make sure that I had my dream lehenga. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this store. They were unprofessional from start to finish, ruined multiple wedding outfits of ours, and did not provide me my wedding lengha until there was only one week left before my wedding, leaving no realistic time to make changes on the second outfit which was still made incorrectly.
