Great customer service. Car was polished when I picked car up. The repairs done was awesome.
I’m not super impressed with these guys. In regards to fixing my car - no complaints there. Everything looks fine. However, they gave me a very old car that had a lot of issues. Three days into using to is car, the key snapped off in the boot, I had to wait 2 hours for the locksmith to come out and get it fixed. This set me back financially as my job is to drive around to childcare centres and teach classes and I couldn’t do that for the morning so I missed two. These guys are such time wasters, and THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!!!! First they proceeded to just not send the quote to RAA. I wasn't aware of this until RAA contacted me asking why after nearly a month I had not gone to get a quote... THEN they apologise, and say they'd send the quote sent off the next day... they don't do it until after Christmas, and they do not update me on the time frame. They screen all my calls. We needed some roof rails fitted to our Landcruiser and after being scammed, then receiving the wrong size and finally getting some roof rails to fit, well that was where the fun began! We couldn’t find anyone who would fit them, until my husband happened to find Pooraka Collisions Repair Centre. Absolute angels Fitted the rails and were so helpful and friendly. Saved me from a breakdown & my husband from god knows what! Amazing business and would highly recommend Can’t thank you enough 🤩
Dropped in for a quote 6 weeks ago. They withheld sending the quote to RAA due to an error on their behalf. When the error was discovered by myself a month later, they said they would submit the quote ASAP, and definitely by the following day. It's not been a further 2 weeks with no quote submitted to RAA. I have repeatedly tried contacting with no response. I called on the day they said my quote would definitely be submitted and they seemed to be closed, so I have lost faith in their word to do their job.
