Great customer service. Car was polished when I picked car up. The repairs done was awesome.
I’m not super impressed with these guys. In regards to fixing my car - no complaints there. Everything looks fine. However, they gave me a very old car that had a lot of issues. Three days into using to is car, the key snapped off in the boot, I had to wait 2 hours for the locksmith to come out and get it fixed. This set me back financially as my job is to drive around to childcare centres and teach classes and I couldn’t do that for the morning so I missed two. These guys are such time wasters, and THEY DAMAGED MY CAR!!!! First they proceeded to just not send the quote to RAA. I wasn't aware of this until RAA contacted me asking why after nearly a month I had not gone to get a quote... THEN they apologise, and say they'd send the quote sent off the next day... they don't do it until after Christmas, and they do not update me on the time frame. They screen all my calls.
