Room was dirty, smelt like an ashtray, out of date milk in a turned off fridge, 2 scrunched up coffee sachets a joke, crockery needed washing, soap dish in shower broken and very sharp. please people ask to inspect your room before staying in this filth. When complaint was made to the Manager he laughed and said our room was freshly painted beautiful room..errr no Raj it wasn't. They dont deserve even 1 star, will never go back.
Not clean hair left in the bed dirt over the floor things are falling apart and nails hanging out don't get any coffee or tea the fence is held together with zip tie, there are bugs in the room and had someone enter my room when I wasn't there NOT on house keeping day
Excellent customer service! Super friendly, helpful, and professional. They always make sure everything is taken care of. Truly great!
