The owner,Ralph, set an appointment for the next day and when I called him the next day to inquire where he was he asked again for my info and seemed unaware he had made an appointment. Nice man, I guess, but not someone i'd ever call again.
Wonderful customer service and always a call back :) Hands down the most affordable glass company out there!
You will never get the work done First we had to call a bunch of times just to get them to come over and do the work we would always call and be told we would get a call back (it didn't happen). Then he finally came over put the new window in our house and broke it (ok thats fine it was an accident could have happened to anyone) so he already made the unit came over put it in and broke it said he would call later that day to make a new time to replace it again.
