I paid for materials for him to come back, but he never came back. Always had a story about “troubles at home” as to why he couldn’t follow through. The guy’s name is Wayne Neeley, so I suspect the 5 star review from CW Neeley is bogus. Probably the other 5 star reviews as well. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!
