I would like to begin by stating the obvious, Poonam is a very pleasant, welcoming, kind, friendly, & most importantly excellent at her profession. In addition, most of the time, my very non-judgemental therapist! She does a great job balancing her work as she listens to me vent about anything and everything. Incredible service every time! The stylists, Sandeep and Poonam, are talented and genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and happy with your look! Sandeep’s attention to detail has made this salon the only place I trust for my eyebrows—they’re perfect every time! I tried curtain bangs for the first time and my hair has never looked better! Five stars to Sandeep and Poonam for excellent services at Poonam’s hair! I am vey impressed by Sandeep’s friendly and warm attitude, attention to detail and honesty. I would like to mention that I have never felt pressured for additional services or overcharged for any services at this place. Sandeep has always tried to go out of her way to accommodate me at busy times and even without any appointments. Kudos to good work Sandeep and Poonam 👏👏
I’ve been coming here for eyebrow threading for years. Even when I lived in Abbotsford, I would come here to Poonam’s. I had a great experience with Sandeep and I recommend Poonam’s for eyebrow threading to everyone!
Imagine you’re flying tomorrow and you call this place, asking what their charges are for a full body wax, and they tell you it’s $130. Then you show up the next day at your appointment, and at first they’re confused? Like, “we don’t have your appointment here?”, until another woman, who co-owns the salon, chimes in and says “oh, you’ve booked with me.” Great. Fast forward, your wax is complete.
