Lorena was so rude!!! I called in to make an appointment as I’m a new patient and she was so disrespectful and even went as far as insulting me. I’m going to file a complaint in person as well. She’s a terrible person.. I can’t even believe how disrespectful she was.
I work at a home health office and called to obtain a signed order for my patient ,the receptionist was SUPER RUDE and repeating herself and giving some major attitude then had the audacity to say ok?,bye! and hang up on me, I called back and Andreina answered and explained the situation better... but boy boy does the first receptionist need training.... We are in the medical field and should treat everyone respectfully.....
