Absolutely love this place. I've been seeing Dr. Garcia for the last few months. Its been a night and day experience. My last two primary doctors could care less about me or whats going on with me. They treated me like a number snd hurried to cycle me out of their office. Dr. Garcia actually cares. He takes his time. He's thorough. My experience has always been nothing but the best, the girls are awesome! PA are informative and Dr. Lida she is exceptional!!! Always 100%, so blessed to have them
Worst clinic ever Dr.poom is great but the staff is unbelievable they leave you on hold for 15min or more and they still answer with an attitude or they just never answer they simply just hang up the girls in the front are very unprofessional!
I don't like to give bad reviews, but my grandmother gets care here, and I am only giving 1 star because Dr. Poom is nice. However, the staff, front desk and the office manager Patricia, are such unprofessional people who should not work in healthcare. They carry themselves like they hate their jobs and greet you with attitudes if you need help. The office is very unwarm and depressing, which reflects their attitudes towards their jobs.
