Dr Poom is one of the best doctors in the inland empire. I’ve been going to her for over five years. I highly recommend her to my friends and family because she’s a doctor that cares and it shows and she is very professional.
Impossible to call. Front desk keeps saying “ONE MOMENT PLS” but never returns, and the line gets disconnected after waiting for a long time (15-20 mins on hold) When you call again, they repeat the same thing—“one moment pls”—without even saying hello or providing a friendly introduction. I tried calling this office for three days now, but the front desk lady is the worst. The last time I called, I said pls don't put me on hold she said okay, one moment pls... WTH? The MD is really nice though. They should hire a new recept... read more
Hopfuly when you call to make an appointment you will still be alive in 3 weeks when they can acctually get arround to seeing you!
