Maytronics (Dolphin pool robots) should REMOVE them as authorized repair center. I took my dolphin escape in for the plastic latch. Literally a piece of plastic that slips into 2 tabs. They told me the ONLY repair was a couple hundred dollars to replace the entire lid. I took it home and for the last 3 years been using venturetape (waterproof duct tape) to keep lid closed. Horrible Company/Dealer. Do yourself a favor and buy your products elsewhere. Service Repair is none existent when the pool cleaners need service. ( mind you the cleaner is under warranty). I bought a dolphin S200 ( for over $1,000 that has needed multiple repairs since bought. Terrible company and customer service. Avoid like the plague. Never did receive my order and won’t respond to emails nor answer the phone.
Very professional and quickly fixed my pump!
This location is not affiliated with the website at all. They charge $40 for a box of liquid chlorine when it is listed for $34 online. Unfortunately this place is under new ownership and not worth it anymore.
