Scammers who only just care about taking your money. “Monthly” pool service was paid for every month for 5 months and they never once came by to treat the pool and lied about doing so. Within 2 days the pool turned green after a supposed pool service carried out. Brought this to their attention and they said pools don’t just “turn green” magically.
