Our 27' above-ground pool liner sprung a leak at the worst possible time ... the hottest week of the summer. Poolzenia was the only company to offer a free assessment and they went above and beyond by finding our liner size in their current stock. They scheduled us within the week, and Dan's crew was on time, friendly, and did a perfect job. The pool looks like new! Exceptional service from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others in Ottawa.
Daniel and Louise arrived on site at prescribed time. They called before and completed a thorough diagnosis to solve my chhlorinator issue. Turned out it was an electrical issue. They were so professional. I felt that they were trustworthy, knowledgeable, gave me great advice, and did not charge me the full service fee as Daniel felt that it was not warranted.
