Terrible customer service, had a pool put in many years ago and did my own service. When I have any issues Mark complains that I don't use him. Says they are to busy while there are 3 or 4 workers milling around doing nothing. Will never use them again such a loser company. I cannot say how I feel about Mark, he knows.

I have been a customer of Pool Works for almost 20 years. I bought a new house which included an in ground pool. I had no idea how to maintain it! Mark has always helped me over the years. (His family too). I have never gone to another pool store. I trust them to provide me with what I need and not anything I don’t. I have never had any problems with their service. Excellent service provider for pool closing and opening.
Mark is the owner here and he is phenomenal they had a little bit of a mess up with the measurement of my liner and it came out too big they fixed the problem right away he's always a phone call away very proficient very caring and understanding this is a place that I would 100% recommend if you have a built-in pool or an above ground pool even if you have any questions about a pool this is the go to person he's real close he's on route 27 and Iselin and he just has the best personality that's what takes him above all other ... read more
