Mark is the owner here and he is phenomenal they had a little bit of a mess up with the measurement of my liner and it came out too big they fixed the problem right away he's always a phone call away very proficient very caring and understanding this is a place that I would 100% recommend if you have a built-in pool or an above ground pool even if you have any questions about a pool this is the go to person he's real close he's on route 27 and Iselin and he just has the best personality that's what takes him above all other ... read more
So glad I found them! My hubby passed away and I literally had no idea what I was doing with this pool. Well thank goodness for these beautiful people cuz they have guided me step by step every time I test my water on what I need to do!! They definitely are the best place around and go way above and beyond to help you. They are also the first ones in 10 yrs that actually fixed my pool pump the right way and have kept it from going almost every other year! They are the best around here!
THE WORST, IF THEY COULD GET ZERO STARS THEY WOULD. SCHEDULED FIRST APPT FOR 2 WEEKENDS AGO, THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT. CALLED ME FOR THIS PAST WEEKEND, I SAID SAT ONLY, AS SUN WAS MOTHERS DAY. OHHHH SHE SAID SHE DIDNT REALIZE SUN WAS MOTHERS DAY DIDNT MAKE SAT APPT AGAIN, BUT OPENED MY NEIGHBOR ON SUN. THEN CALLED ME TUES TO TELL ME SORRY BUT THEY CANT OPEN MY POOL AT ALL.
