AJ who came to the house was awesome, knowledgeable and friendly, but the shop in south Bunbury not so good, told me there was t enough chlorine, so sold me some salt, next visit, told me there was too much, so sold me something to lower chlorine, then next visit, told me there’s not enough. Too obvious it was all sales driven, not what I needed. Won’t be back.
A very professional team. They were very quick to come to my home and finding a solution to fix my Pool. Very happy with the results...Thank you.
They are a great local resource, always have good advice, can attend your property if needed, and they never tell you to get products you don't need. Plus, water testing is free. Highly recommended if you live in the Grafton area.
