We’ve been with them for nearly 10years, since the staff clean for our pool left, we were still be charged fortnightly but no clean service, and the attitude of their boss is disgusting.
I don’t know which family and friends have entered these reviews. Absolutely a disgrace when someone calls themselves a business and don’t look after the customer and respond to their calls and questions. Either they are lazy or they have no idea what their doing and just piling in peoples hard working cash especially in these difficult economic times. Completely outraged and I want to apologise to all those who have engaged with this business in the past.
