The assistance during water checks and purchasing supplies for your pool, in store is fine. Friendly, pleasant and overall professional. It was nice to go in, they were personable and we would chat. Four, nearly five years I have used them. So when I decided that pool needed a new filter, of course this was the first place I went to. I also made sure to ask, multiple times, if the filter would work with my current heater. I was told, they had checked and told it would. This company sent out a cleaner and charged me $246 for him to add flock and test water(which they do in store for free), the pool remained cloudy and I had to get warranty company to come check equipment. This was after 12 months of misinformation about pool water quality and equipment from them. I went to a pool shop close by and within 10 minutes he had the answer to my water quality issue and I am now swimming in Crystal clear water. And he didn't charge me. My advice is stay away
Drive all the way from Alkimos for some advice on a aquatight pool heater ;the gent with grey hair did not listen to my problem and when I showed him the photos of where the valves are and asked if thats correct on a 3 way he said..I am not interested in photos it does this and that and said I am busy some where else and walked away so still no answer ...
