$69 for an o ring and a tiny tube of silicone grease, completely ripped off and I will be shopping elsewhere next time. All their pool items have barcodes and item codes on the shelf, so why not display your prices? Also when someone is asking for a receipt, maybe give them an itemised invoice instead of just a credit card receipt so we can at least see if we've been double charged, because this doesn't seem like $69 value.
Mark recently assisted us with pool servicing and maintenance, including cleaning the pool, washing the filters, and testing the pH and water quality levels. Have been waiting for days for a call back to get our pool cleaned. Already paid deposit but these cowboys are dodging my calls. Every time I'm told someone will call me back... still WAITING! Disgusting. Wanted a nice clean pool for Christmas but now we wont be able to use the pool until next year 2025!!!!
