This company sent out a cleaner and charged me $246 for him to add flock and test water(which they do in store for free), the pool remained cloudy and I had to get warranty company to come check equipment. This was after 12 months of misinformation about pool water quality and equipment from them. I went to a pool shop close by and within 10 minutes he had the answer to my water quality issue and I am now swimming in Crystal clear water. And he didn't charge me. My advice is stay away
Drive all the way from Alkimos for some advice on a aquatight pool heater ;the gent with grey hair did not listen to my problem and when I showed him the photos of where the valves are and asked if thats correct on a 3 way he said..I am not interested in photos it does this and that and said I am busy some where else and walked away so still no answer ...

Pool testing tolerance is tight - you’re always chasing some level up or down, walking out with an unnecessary product.
