UPDATE! After speaking with the business owner (at his request), we’ve been able to resolve the issues I previously mentioned. He personally attended, carried out further testing, identified the cause, and implemented a fix for the flaking. I appreciate the time and effort taken to investigate and address the problem. Nice to see little Scotty is no longer associated with Poolwerx Yeronga. Now the little man has is no longer there. I might think about using this Poolwerx again!
Always had a great experience with Sherwood Pool Werx. We have used many Franchises before as I am a property manager and Sherwood always has been the best to deal with.
