Always great service from Geoff and the team at Poolwerx Yeronga. After previously using other pool shops, I’ve found the service from Geoff and his team to be excellent. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and always very helpful. Geoff is very approachable and contactable if you need advice, and the team takes the time to explain things clearly. I’ve consistently had a great experience and would highly recommend Poolwerx Yeronga.

I just went in to Poolwerx Yeronga to exchange one chlorine container for a fill up and get a deposit refund on a second container . I was told the $5 " refundable" deposit on chlorine containers is no longer being honoured by the current owner. I was told they are including the cost into the price so a deposit is no longer asked for. I have been patronising Poolwerx Yeronga for at least 10 years having bought a significant amount of equipment from them as well as the normal chemicals and occasional servicing of my pool over... read more

UPDATE! After speaking with the business owner (at his request), we’ve been able to resolve the issues I previously mentioned. He personally attended, carried out further testing, identified the cause, and implemented a fix for the flaking. I appreciate the time and effort taken to investigate and address the problem. Overall, it was good to see the level of care shown in resolving the issue, and it highlights the importance of consistency across a team to ensure a positive customer experience.
