Very poor service. They charged my credit card without clearly explaining costs and even for unfinished work. No communication about timing, work details, or pricing. Extremely unprofessional—very disappointed.
Competent pool technicians and full repair replacement of pool equipment breakdowns.
Had the displeasure of dealing with their customer service. They did a service and promised to come back after finding the right part to fix my pool and never came back. Followed up again and they again didn't come back. Followed up a 3rd time and was treated with such disdain. Was spoken over. Wasn't listened to. Was told it's my problem. Was told they've changed systems recently and have no records from before September 2024 available (really???) I voted with my money and will not be shopping here.
