The robot I incorrectly selected wasn't suitable for my pool and didn't clean properly. When I returned to the shop Malcom listened carefully and showed interest and concern. There was no fuss - only a complete willingness to help.He lent me another model while he analysed the problem. Malcolm fixed the problem by swapping over to the correct cleaner that does the job perfectly. Great service. Thank you, Malcom.
