Great advice lead to the quality installation of a new pool filter. After many years struggling to maintain the pool my life has become amazing. Recommend.
Went in there over 6 weeks ago to organise getting a new media filter as the old one is leaking , I spoke with the owner and explained the condition of the old one , he was supposed to send me a quote for a new one , I sent photos through of the current filter and no reply . He even put the email address into my phone himself, Very dissapointed . I will be taking my money elsewhere ,where maybe they appreciate there customers more . I have been using Poolwerx as a supplier for 8 years. Under new management of Harry & Mega I appereciate the advice I was given by the staff at the store. Everything I explained they clearly understand the issue in relation with water test report. After I have installed new chlorinator I had cloudy state of the swimming pool with the prolonged storm for a week. Called Poolwerx in to diagnose a problem with my chlorinator, said that they where sending their best technician, diagnosed nothing and charged me $150 for the privilage. Great work
