Staff are friendly. Had a call-out service in Feb of 24, and I think the technician was called Keith, he actually threaded the lock nut for the chlorinator cell housing causing it to split, pretended like it was already broken and then tried to upsell a new chlorinator and control box. I tried to follow up with Poolwerx via email and never received a response. The issue is neither here nor there but it left a bad impression, be wary if an older gentleman called Keith comes around to clean your pool.
I have always found the staff friendly and helpful specially Megan at both Thornton and Rutherford
First time I have had to use Poolwerx Thornton, and I'll definitely be back. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere in the store, even the customers were happy. Well stocked inventory, with reasonable pricing. Thank you ladies, it was a pleasure.
I went to Thornton poolwerx for my grandparents to give there pool a nice little refresh for the summer, the lady that looked after me was named Colby, she’s very freinds,helpful and full of knowledge she definitely knew what she was doing very grateful for her help can’t wait to use the pool. ❤️
