I’ve had ongoing issues with my pool turning green, and every time I’ve gone to Poolwerx Modbury, their standard recommendation has been to floc — costing around $300 each time — without even testing my water. I later sought a second opinion from another pool company, who advised that all my pool needed was chlorine and more salt at a fraction of the cost. I had a terrible experience with the curly hair lady at PoolWerks. She was incredibly rude and bossy, constantly telling people off and acting like she was the ultimate expert. When I asked for the pool pH report, she flat-out refused and said I had to buy something first- seriously? Since when is basic customer service locked behind a purchase? It felt like she was running her own money-minting operation rather than representing PoolWerks. Definitely not the kind of service I expected, and I won’t be going back!
