Regular pool cleaning service is good — if you give them access to your property, they go about their business without having to disturb you. The problems arise when you have to deal with the office staff. Absolutely appalling service and complete waste of time. I was home all day during the scheduled window and received no knock, no call, no engagement whatsoever. The technician apparently accessed my property without notification, took a few photos, didn’t move or test anything, and left. I only learned they’d “attended” when I received a $3,000+ heater replacement quote the same day. There was no meaningful inspection or troubleshooting. Nothing around the heater had been touched. Just phoned and spoke with Ben he was absolutely amazing in guiding me through the process of backwashing the pool , as you had no one available to visit my home. Thank you Ben for your patience and the pool is now working great !
Super happy with the entire service. Kari did awesome job now my spa is in top shape for summer. Will book him in for April 26 to get it ready for Winter. Good job and thank you for great attention to detail and service.
