Had an issue with my pool filter and called Poolwerx. Heidi was very helpful with organizing the installer to come out the same day to fix it. The installer was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend and will use them again.

We had been getting Poolwerx Shepparton for several months. We have a 4m swim spa. Our last service was an absolute disaster. Our regular guy was on holidays. The one who arrived told me he needed to add 500 grams of buffer. He actually added approximately 750 grams of pH increases. He then added approximately 1.5kg of buffer.
