Our association just switched to Poolwrex last week, the difference in the appearance of our pool/spa is incredibly improved. Even another company that we have had working on leaks was impressed with the difference in its appearance. Even the leaves were blown off the deck. That's saying a lot when a competitor comments how much nicer the area looks!

I've had issues with new my pool heater shutting down when trying to heat my spa. Several people have evaluated the issue and could not determine the source of the problem. I called Steve at Poolwerx and he had Brik over to assess the situation. He spent several hours running the system and he concluded that I didn't have enough jets based on the size of the openings on each of them to allow proper water circulation . He expanded jet openings with a drill and resolved the problem! He mentioned he's only seen this once before... read more
