I have been a loyal customer for many years, but the level of customer service provided for some time now has been less than disappointing! At times reached out for help as green pool anticipated and wanted to prevent an issue, to be told "no staff available" and big Council jobs taking priority. Pool ultimately deteriorating to greener than green as a result, had to foot the bill for a service they couldn't/wouldn't or were unable to provide. Should be called Pooljerk, shopped there ever since I bought my pool even though they are expensive but when I needed my pool fixed, to busy to help, shop staff are friendly and helpful but that's about it
