So I’ve had this duck problem. I went into the store and explained that I’m having ducks shitting in my pool and I’m sick of looking like a fool continuously running out and having to scare them away. The loverly worker Daniel listen to my concerns and provided me with some great advice and products. Definitely would recommend going there if you need any advise or for a great chat. He provided honest advice and helped me find exactly what I needed to keep my pool in top condition. It's refreshing to receive such genuine customer service these days. Popped into the Rochedale store today and the staff member there was so helpful and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what to do. Cannot recommend this store enough. If you have a pool in the Rochedale area go there.

I spent a lot of money after my pool went green, the person who attended to perform the work unfortunately didn’t seem to know what they were doing and the water was left all murky. When I called the shop to advise of this after I had paid, I was just told this was normal. I ended up having pay another shop to come out and fix it all up.
