This is by far and away the most professionally run pool company we have ever worked with! Family owned, personable, reasonable, and absolutely customer focused!! I'm in from California and I came to visit a friend while I was there. I noticed that his pool cleaner wasn't working while we were outside talking. I pulled it out of the pool. Found out that it needed a little bearing on the wheel and took it apart. Found this local pool works and stepped inside to highly professional technical guy and receptionist. I handed him the parts. In anticipation of the freezing weather, I had Frank come out and walk me through my pool equipment and what to do if I had to do an emergency dewinterization. He helped me understand exactly what to do and even recorded a video so I could have the instructions for when I needed them. He also walked me through a number of tips to improve my pool's operation. It was outstanding and I feel much more confident about taking care of my pool. Stopped in today (7/2) to get some advice on starting up a new pool. Frank was great and spent about an hour going over things to do, things to watch out for and offered a free pool school once the pool is finished and the builder finishes their startup. Very friendly and helpful!!!
