Be aware that this is a very disreputable franchise location. I took my robot in to be repaired which was completed and poolwerx was paid. I then found out that they did not return my control box with the unit but instead replaced it with a lower capability model (not controllable by app) i returned to the store and politely pointed out the error at which point they asked me to contact the repair person they use for the service to investigate the issue.
