Where do I start with this "small family owned business". Firstly not very honest and take no time to listen to the customer and their requests. Simply requested a scrub and scoop. Employee was advised several times during the pool cleaning service NOT to add chemicals and to not do anything beyond the scrub and scoop. Very happy with the service from the new owners at Regents Park. My wife popped in for a water test last week and Katie took the time to explain everything properly, what each result meant, what products were recommended and, more importantly, why they were needed. There was no pressure to buy anything and no sales pitch, just honest advice and good old-fashioned customer service. You don't get that much any more !
