We have been using Poolwerx for several years and wouldn't think to use anyone else. They show up without fail every Tuesday and do a great job maintaining our salt water pool. When something breaks, they come right out and it's fixed quickly for a very fair price. I don't have a single complaint about them and highly recommend them.

Had service in December, CO2 blowout of clogged line. They replaced the treads on my robot vacuum. Since then I have had to get CO2 blowout again, which was also way cheaper. Robot still gets stuck in one spot and I don’t know if tread change was worth the cost. Apparently owner was very ill and hospitalized in December, hope he is ok. I tried to get weekly service , which was never established. Disappointing. Prices are pretty high for what was done, and not sure if robot service was even necessary

They saved the day! Super nice, professional, and affordable!! Would recommend! *Follow up- needed help again, after having left on a trip... they were there for us right away, and fixed us up almost instantly. Our pool looks great today, thanks entirely to them!
