Beware of Vanessa she gives VERY bad advice for pool care. I have been a certified pool operator for 8 plus years and the advice I was given by her and her husband on my above ground pool was COMPLETELY out of the norm. It has caused damage to my beautiful new liner! I am in the upmost disappointment in the lack of knowledge and understanding of these two!!
I was in need of a new pool vacuum and was not sure what route to take, either rebuild the suction vac I had or go with a robotic one. Vanessa was so helpful and explained the pros of the robotic vac and how it would save me money in the long run. I went with the robotic vacuum and I don't regret it over bit. The staff is amazing and the prices are competitive with Vegas stores without the travel. Highly recommend.
