This is actually the first bad review I’ve given. Used this company for the last few years. This year our pool was definitely dirty and needed to be cleaned. We paid around $600 to open up and then about another $70-$80 in chemicals. When I initially called I told them we needed everything done to open up. I called back to see what they initially did, they had to ask for all our information and it took them a bit to even know what was done. Poolwerx on S. Shields is an amazing company. Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and always willing to help and offer suggestions. We have been a customer for several years and have purchased our second pool. No complaints.
