I gave five stars 7 years ago to the previous owners. With having allowed an adequate amount of time for a fair evaluation of the new owners, I am happy that I can still give a 5-star rating. The customer service is always friendly, informative with sound advice and the support is excellent.
Wonderful service. Shane turned up on time, understood the problem in 5 minutes. Sorted in 30 minutes (salt cell gone) and a sparkling pool the next day. Just gotta love friendly and efficient service.
Real poor quality pool service. Come all the time in winter when not using and happy to charge a small fortune. Come summer, they go missing and pool rarely up to scratch. Have really gone downhill since change of ownership. Would avoid using this company for pool service .
Pool Werx have been there a long time cos they provide simple honest pool care testing and advice. I also use their mobile servicing. Keep up the good work !
Water test-i was helped very quickly and courteously. This branch is always a great place to get quick service, good advice and the products I need to keep my pool looking good.
