Since the new owners they are absolute shockers. Overcharge at every opportunity and have very little interest in resolving any problems. You can do better elsewhere
We have utilised Poolwerx Mount Eliza for over ten Years. Their professional reliability and candid approach has saved us unnecessary expense. We recently installed a new ‘robot’ and filter system on their advice. The benefit from Team Poolwerx Mount Eliza is spectacular. Latest Addition: A Maytronics Dolphin ‘Skimmi 300’. For removing pesky neighbours’ leaves [and not falling in] 😂.

Brent is the best. His team are very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust them to keep my pool looking perfect without it costing me the earth. Brent, always bends over backwards to help, even squeezing in a clean after high winds,when I had friends coming over for lunch. Great team of reliable professional people. I would highly recommend them. My robot is great too, thanks guys.
