My local place hasn't been open for a while, and I decided to try them out. Have my water tested and got some supplies. Great place, friendly employee, and quick service.
We went for some specific needs and was greeted with smiles and all the answers to our questions. Awesome place and people from our experience.
The beginning started off good with the local contact in Maryville Kenny. We les say that all levels of communication was extremely poor from everyone but Kenny. From paying for the unit to communication of delivery to installation was very non customer oriented. Than Kenny was stuck delivering all info mainly bad . We are still missing pieces from the filter cover to the clips for the top .I spoke with the svc coordinator on getting someone out here to fix the cover and clips to padding.
