1st time I emailed and asked for assistance in repairing my pool equipment and they went out of their way to help. They had issues with their links to pay but eventually got it worked out. I have put in a new request now and even called and left a message and after 7 seven days - still no response. I could have gone with another company and had the issue fixed by now.
Went at 6:15pm because it said they close at 7pm on weekdays and it was closed. On their front door it is clearly posted that it closes at 7pm but doors were locked and lights were off and no additional explanation was posted anywhere.
I just love the pool service. Amy and her crew are very kind , knowledgeable and I recommend them 100%. You won’t be disappointed!!!
I highly recommend this company. Friendly people and do a thorough job.
