Caitlyn and Harry are a breath of fresh air! First time owning a pool and Caitlyn was just so patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the features and benefits of different robotic pool cleaners. Harry did the installation and was friendly, helpful, and made sure we knew how everything worked. As a new pool owner Poolwerx manly west have been awesome from the great customer service at shop then organising a Harry to come round who gave us a full run down on our pool and equipment showed as everything we need to maintain our pool ourselves and also gave us the option of Poolwerx to maintain our pool till we feel comfortable in doing ourselves The staff in store have been great and Harry who came out went above and beyond to help us can’t thank him enough Will be using Poolwerx for all my pool needs
