Had an exceptional experience with the pool service from Poolwerx. They did a thorough job and made sure everything was looking good and working properly. The staff were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Really happy with the service and would use them again

I was only a potential customer as I am going overseas and wanted a company to manage my pool in my absence. However, rather than giving you my business I will offer my feedback. If you want to be rude about your customers to your staff while the customer is still in the shop can I suggest you learn some patience to wait until they have left, some humility to not feel the need to do so or failing that, some subtlety and discretion. (You don’t need to search your records so that we can discuss my grievance more fully. )
We couldn't recommend Poolwerx Wynnum more highly. We had multiple issues with our pool and the team was able to fix/replace all the issues in a timely, professional manner. Costings were transparent from the very start and the team made the whole process seamless. Special shout out to Harry, who carried out the works and kept us informed the whole way through.
