Aaron checked the filters and cleaned them. No need for new ones. He treated the hot tub with chemicals as he thought it wasn’t dirty enough to drain. He did a great job and was very efficient and did the job in a timely manner. He has a customer for life!
Poolwerx has been taking care of our pool weekly for months now and it’s never been cleaner. There is cold weather expected today and they sent someone over to make sure the pool was “freeze ready” without being asked to do so. For a very busy family, it is so nice to not have to worry about our pool.
I went in to ask a question and a teenage boy took me to a man that was extremely rude to me. I asked about a product, he was on hold on his phone. His tone was very rude and he clearly didn't want to help me. I will never return.
A few years ago, we moved into a house with an existing pool. Over the years, we have used various companies to get our pool in good condition, and none of them have been able to get our pool clean and in working order. This year we decided to call Poolwerx. Our pool has never been cleaner! They didn’t stop until they got everything in perfect working condition. Our pool now sparkles. Poolwerx is reasonably priced, and employees are courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Poolwerx!
