Leilani has been a great help with getting my pool in order since I started going here. She always knows how to find a solution to my problems, whether it's with the chemicals or my pool equipment. The last few months have seen my pool in the best shape it's ever been in! She's helped me winterise it now, but you can be sure I'll be dropping in over winter to make sure I don't have to deal with a green pool when spring comes back around
POOR SERVICE!!! Dropped off pool cleaner for repair on 11-Nov. After 2 weeks (25-Nov) hadn't heard anything so called and left message - no one returned call. Rang again next day (26-Nov) and spoke Brayden who indicated he would get someone who could help to ring me next day - no one returned call. This company is very hard to get in contact with. If you leave messages on their answering machine they don’t answer them. First service on the pool was good with the technician knowing how the pool worked. Second Service booked with a different man attending who did not know how to run the filter system. Did not know how to get the filter cartridges out of the tank. Did not know how to lower the water level because he didn’t have parts or equipment to do it.
