This makes the fourth hot tub we've owned, yet the first from Campbell's Poolwerx. We paid cash up front but it took weeks for the spa to arrive. And it came without the cover. So they gave us a loaner that did not lock. When the cover finally arrived, 4 months later, it was the wrong color. The first appointment to have it installed was no call no show. I'll never do business with them again.
Absolute sorriest excuse for a Service Providing Company we have ever encountered!! Waited over a year to get 2 simple repairs performed and the first of which took them 4 attempts to get anywhere near correct. The coping looked like pre school clay day. As it did on the 2nd and 3rd attempt. The 4th attempt wasn't great.. but, after all that, we accepted the shoddy work. The 2nd repair was to replace a hose at the pump. Simple enough you might think. Get water tested once a week here after doing as told water was cloudy drained, cleaned, refilled pool got chemicals here and it turned back cloudy. Don't go here. They don't know what they are doing. Had a guy who worked here before that was knowledgeable since he left its not good.
This is my first year opening my saltwater pool on my own and if it wasn't for Keri at Poolwerx, I am pretty sure it would still be green. She has been phenomenal at giving me information on what I needed to do and telling me what chemicals I needed. My pool is crystal blue now and I saved several hundred dollars doing it myself. I will 100% be going back for all of my pool needs and questions.
