New management have terrible customer service skills and have introduced a dodgy fee system for pool testing. Expect the unexpected at this store. I'm now charged for testing my pool if I don't buy any products--even if I don't need any and have purchased some on my previous visit! Sometimes I'm charged $7.50, sometimes $5, it depends on who happens to be at the counter. Shauna, the owner, doesn't care about the fee inconsistencies.
