I've been so happy with the service I've gotten here. My robotic cleaner stopped working, and I was really at a loss.I went to the store and asked Adam about what I should do as it was still under warranty, but I didn't have a clue where or what I needed to do to repair or replace my cleaner. I tell you what I'm so glad I did because Adam got all of my information, filed the warranty claim for me, kept me in the loop with where the claim was and notified me as soon as he had the parts. We have bern using them last year or so and I am extremely impressed - Anthony always answers his phone and even in the midst of the ice storm - owner coming out to Check on us as our motor is going out - hands down excellent customer service- would highly recommend
I was having my pool serviced by another local company and the care they took of my pool was declining rapidly. So, I fired them and decided to try to do more of it myself. I love this store. Adam started helping me take over as pool boy for our family about a year ago and my pool looks better than ever. They also service pools, so if I decide to hang up the pole I know where to go.
Adam was very helpful and set me up with everything I needed to get my pool in shape. I've had some issues with with algae and after I got on Blueray XL it has been a non issue. Not only that, but he told me about a special treatment they do that would make it even easier to deal with. I didn't even know they had a service team until he brought it up.
