We swtiched our pool services to Poolwerx Kingsley because of an unfavourable experience we had with our previous pool guy. And we are happy with the services we get from Poolwerx. They are prompt and reliable, and transparent with their billings. Today, i messaged them that my TracVac was not moving, and they sent their team within an hour, sorted it out in 10minutes. So yeah, 100% happy with Poolwerx Kingsley.
Wow!! What a great team!! Don't hesitate to use these guys for anything pool related. Good old fashioned customer service is so hard to find these days but the staff and owners have got it right. We recently had a sand filter replaced and could not be happier with the standard of service. Thankyou so much to everyone, we will be using you from now on for all our chems and salt, would rather support you than Bunnings. Your service was greatly appreciated
