On top of that, she’s incredibly friendly, always welcoming with a smile, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. It makes such a difference having someone so knowledgeable and approachable—highly recommend!
I used them for 3 years of monthly servicing, amounting to $7.5k. I have a low maintenance pool and am a pretty ideal trouble-free customer. Their pool service people are good and hard working. I also like their physical stores which have a lot of good chemicals in stock. But my problems are with the back office. Their monthly servicing allows you to reschedule, so upon receiving my notification today that the pool would be serviced tomorrow, within minutes I asked for it to be moved to next week instead.
