We have had our pool serviced with Poolwerx for approximately 8 + years now and have been really happy with the service they provide. The communication is great, cost is affordable and of course we love seeing Rubin our regular technician who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend enough! Got these guys to help me sort out an old pool that’s been sitting there doing nothing for years. They know their stuff. Pointed me in the right direction with pumps and filtration without trying to upsell rubbish. Took the time to explain it properly which was good. Prices are fair too. Handy having a pool shop and a bit of hardware gear there as well. Good bunch of blokes, easy to deal with. Would recommend.
I have used both Poolwerx Jimboomba and Springfield Lakes stores, they know their stuff. I high recommend them to help with pool and spa needs. I didn't know that my pool system was still under warranty so they just saved me heaps of $$$. Thanks heaps Mitchell for giving me the heads up with the warranty and some advice.
