Had our first visit from Poolwerx Jimboomba today to do our monthly maintenance on our pool. As it was our very first service we were quite anxious about if we would get value for money, and we actually got what we were paying for. Get a second opinion before trusting them. Total rip-off. I wish there was a zero-star option. I signed up for their monthly pool maintenance service through the real estate agent, and the experience was deeply disappointing and expensive. First, they charged an incredibly high fee for a "green pool" treatment. Just a few days later, they came out for the standard monthly maintenance and claimed my chlorinator was completely broken, quoting me almost $1,600 for a replacement. We have had our pool serviced with Poolwerx for approximately 8 + years now and have been really happy with the service they provide. The communication is great, cost is affordable and of course we love seeing Rubin our regular technician who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend enough!
