Had issues due to the recent winter storm. Pete to the rescue literally! Always excellent communication and customer service from his techs. Today was above and beyond!
Disappointing service. We used them several years ago and they were great. I called them a couple months ago to continue my pool service. Something has changed and the service is disappointing. I reached out to them to discuss it but they never called me back. I can do the normal maintenance far better that they do.
Man, what a great experience if I could give six stars I would my service manager Seth was absolutely amazing and my tech Nick did absolutely amazing on the pool looks cleaner than when I first got it. Everything was super smooth over the phone and did exactly what they said. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Poolwerx! When our pool failed during the recent snowstorm, we were worried about losing our equipment again. Thankfully, the owners stepped in and went above and beyond. Their communication was excellent. They responded quickly, kept us updated, and made sure we felt taken care of.
