I can’t say enough good things about Poolwerx! When our pool failed during the recent snowstorm, we were worried about losing our equipment again. Thankfully, the owners stepped in and went above and beyond. Their communication was excellent. They responded quickly, kept us updated, and made sure we felt taken care of. Don't waste your time & definitely not your money. They are a tiny business with visions of grandeur who think they're a big pool supply with 3 items in the store & all highly over priced,
Walked in today about 3:45pm. The associate was on phone with a customer.. associate did not acknowledge me .. not even with eye contact.. Proper customer service would have been to place the phone guest on hold and take care of the customer in front of her... I walked out after giving her 2 minutes... PLEASE BE BETTER!!.. you passed up a sale..I wasted my time..
Poolwerx in Haslet is professional, dependable, and everyone is always friendly. Our previous pool company was awful, but since we’ve found this company they have been consistent at providing great service. Their communication is great. I would recommend them.
