I've been a customer for the last two years. I never expected them to come out during the freeze to clean my pool. But they did. They broke the ice and vacuumed the bottom. Fantastic service!
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding any questions we've had about our pool! Never felt pressured into buying anything we didn't absolutely need, and prices are very comparable to other pool speciality supply stores in town.
Nice employee, had what we needed, offered to help carry purchases to my car.
Wow talk about over priced! Don't buy your pool supplies here. Nature2 replacement cartridge $185, I don't think so!
