Travelled all the way to the shop to find out it's closed. Only sign on the door about closure on Anzac Monday but not updated online.
Pool werx Dural came to my home 8 times and I still could not repair. Would not recommend.
Organised service on my pool with a specific instruction that the creepy crawly was not working which they have acknowledged. Don't know if it was the pump/filter and the device itself is brand new so was reasonable sure it was not the device itself (Hy-Clor Swift Diaphragm Drive Pool Cleaner bought from bunnings the week prior). They attended on 10/11/25 and performed a service. Creepy crawly was working when I returned home. These guys are awesome, i was previously going to another shop down the road and i’m so glad i checked these guys out. Willing to actually chat though the problem and provide great advice/ problem solve. I had an issue with my pump last week so i called ryan and he was in the area so swung by 10 mins later and of course fixed the issue in 2 mins. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Not the best experience with Marty there. Negative undertones reminding me that I’ve reached out after “8.5 years” and was noting why I’d gone to another pool shop. If he was wanting me to feel bad for reaching out to PWD, he certainly did a good job.
