Travelled all the way to the shop to find out it's closed. Only sign on the door about closure on Anzac Monday but not updated online.
Pool werx Dural came to my home 8 times and I still could not repair. Would not recommend.
Organised service on my pool with a specific instruction that the creepy crawly was not working which they have acknowledged. Don't know if it was the pump/filter and the device itself is brand new so was reasonable sure it was not the device itself (Hy-Clor Swift Diaphragm Drive Pool Cleaner bought from bunnings the week prior). They attended on 10/11/25 and performed a service. Creepy crawly was working when I returned home. Found out they did a whole chemical service which they never spoke to me about and I never approved... read more
