We have been using Poolwerx Cooroy for a number of years new for water testing and chemicals. Recently we engaged the Poolwerx Team to do monthly services, Wade has done some excellent work on our pool, he is so thorough and detailed and has shared some invaluable insights. Well done Wade!
Buyer beware! I am extremely disappointed. I have been a long term customer for over five years. I requested a quote for a new chlorinator and was surprised at the cost so I visited another pool store in Noosa to quote exactly the same model. Poolwerx had overcharged me $1472. The exhorbitant mark up was questioned by me both verbally in store and via email. The owners, Conrad and Michelle have failed to contact me to explain.
