Poolwerx Conroe was amazing! Our pool pump was down and they were so quick to get out and get it replaced with the latest technology. Their technician was so helpful and walked me through the setup and now I can control through an app on my phone. I highly recommend Poolwerx Conroe! Service and response time was top notch!
I would like to highly Recommend Poolwerx I definitely hit the jackpot When a visit their store over 2 years ago I take the water to be Checked weekly and also have them maintain and service my pool when info on vacation. Aubrea is the absolute greatest to work with. She is so knowledgeable and helpful with all the things I needed. Would recommend her to anyone that needs help with their pool.
Great staff and service
I contacted Poolwerx about doing an acid wash on my pool. I explained that I had already done the acid wash but was concerned it wasn't good enough due to the water having a green tint. Mike ran me through a quick process that I need to do first and give the water a few days. He was right! He even reached back out to to get an update from me on how the water was looking. He didn't have to do any of this and could have simply charged me for an unnecessary acid wash.
